1. Corporate Brand Asset Non-Disclosure Guarantee (NDA)

At Neyatek, we recognize that our clients entrust us with proprietary vector trademarks, unreleased fashion collection artworks, confidential corporate summit logos, and intellectual property. Under UAE Federal Law No. 11 of 2021 on Industrial Property and Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights, Neyatek guarantees that all client vectors, artwork files, and mockups will remain strictly confidential.

We will never sell, license, share, or repurpose your custom artwork files for third-party production. Custom screen printing plates and embroidery punch files created for your account are stored securely and used exclusively for your authorized repeat runs.

2. Data Collection & Communication

When you submit a quote inquiry or spec request through our website, we collect your business contact details (name, corporate email, UAE phone/WhatsApp number, company name, and emirate). This information is utilized exclusively by our internal production and sales desks to generate your digital proof, calculate custom manufacturing costs, and dispatch order milestone updates.

3. Portfolio Permission

Neyatek reserves the right to photograph finished garments for our corporate portfolio showcase only when prior written permission is granted by the client. If your project is subject to an embargo or non-disclosure agreement, your garments will never be photographed or published.
