1. Digital Vector Proof Approval
Bulk printing and embroidery commences only after the client provides written approval of the 3D digital proof or physical pre-production sample. The client is responsible for verifying spelling, artwork dimensions, pantone placements, and garment sizing distribution prior to granting sign-off.
2. Production Turnaround & Deadlines
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days following digital proof approval and deposit settlement. Express rush service (3 to 4 business days) is subject to slot availability and prior written confirmation from the production supervisor.
3. UAE VAT & Payment Invoicing
All commercial transactions are billed under Marjaan General Trading with an official UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) compliant 5% VAT invoice. Standard commercial payment terms require a 50% deposit upon purchase order issuance and 50% balance upon completed quality inspection prior to dispatch.
5. Quality Guarantee, Replacement & Refund Policy
Because every bulk order is custom fabricated, dyed, printed, or embroidered to client specifications, personalized goods cannot be returned for change of mind. However, Neyatek stands behind 100% mill-grade quality:
- Manufacturing & Print Defects: In the rare event of printing misregistration, fabric flaws, or deviation from the approved proof exceeding acceptable tolerance (±1.5cm), notify our quality desk within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Expedited Remake Guarantee: Verified defective items will be remade and delivered at zero cost with prioritized mill scheduling.
- FTA Refund Processing: If an expedited remake is unfeasible due to hard event deadlines, an FTA-compliant credit note or refund for defective units will be processed via the original payment channel within 5 to 7 banking days.
